46 Cumberland Street

Habitat for Humanity / 7 Rivers Maine is pleased to announce three affordable homes for sale to be built at the corner of Cumberland and Cushing Streets in Brunswick. Located in the historic Northeast Neighborhood just blocks from the town center, these two-story homes feature a highly energy-efficient design, open floor plans, private entrances, beautiful landscaping, and off-street parking.

The homes are located in two buildings, 46A and 46B Cumberland Street are attached townhouse style and feature one 1,000 square foot unit with three bedrooms and 1 3/4 bathrooms and one 800 square foot unit with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. 46C Cushing Street is an 800 square foot, handicapped-accessible unit with two bedrooms. All of the homes will be serviced by public water and sewer and each has a separate storage unit.
