The mission of the Brunswick Topsham Housing Authority is to provide safe, quality, and affordable housing for eligible persons in need of assistance, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, handicap, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, or disability, and to promote opportunities for the growth and development of residents as well as our community.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Brunswick and Topsham Housing Authorities are pleased to announce that applications for Fairview Commons, our newest Low Income Housing Tax Credit affordable housing project will be available on our website and at our office at 12 Stone Street, Brunswick, Maine in January 2025. Fairview Commons is located at 25 King Rd in Topsham and will have 24-2 bedroom units and 14-3 bedrooms units. 4 units will be accessible. We will begin to accept completed applications on January 15th, 2025.
To be income eligible for Fairview commons, a family’s gross income must be at or below the 60% income limit for their household size listed below:

In order for an application to be accepted, it must be fully complete. If any question is left blank, the application will be rejected until it is complete.
