Welcome to Greater Brunswick Housing Corporation
Organized under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Greater Brunswick Housing Corporation was created in August 1998 to increase the supply of affordable housing in our region. The specific purposes of the corporation are to own, lease, organize, develop, construct, financially assist, manage and operate, on a non-profit basis, projects or programs providing low income rentals or homeownership opportunities to elderly, handicapped and/or families. Earnings in excess of costs to sustain the non-profit are invested into the development of new or existing projects or programs.
