Job Openings:

Maintenance Laborer

        This is a responsible position, which shall report directly to the Supervisor of Maintenance.  The position entails janitorial services such as vacuuming, general cleaning and trash removal. In addition to these duties, the position entails routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep of grounds and buildings. Upkeep of grounds includes mowing and snow removal in the winter. The successful applicant must possess a valid Maine driver’s license, work well in a team environment, have good communications skills, be able to handle stressful situations and carry out the responsibilities of the job in a professional manner.  We offer a competitive hourly rate and an excellent fringe benefit package.  Minimum requirements:  High school diploma or equivalency with one year experience in the general maintenance field.  Interested applicants must complete an application for employment and send to the attention of Leo Hill, Director of Facilities Management.  Applications may be obtained at our administrative office at 12 Stone Street, Brunswick, ME  04011 and must be submitted by 4:00 PM on March 25, 2020.
