Hamilton Place is a 15-home, workforce housing subdivision situated on a 22-acre parcel in Harpswell. It is located off Shore Acres Road which is near the Post Office on the Harpswell Neck Road (Route 123).The homes will be purchased by first-time homebuyers with an expected selling price of $180,000 to $205,000.
