Congregate Housing Service Program
The Congregate Housing Service Program (CHSP) is a program of supportive services to assist residents of the Woodlawn Tower, Woodlawn Terrace and Creekside Village to live independently in their apartment. The CHSP can provide one meal daily, housekeeping, laundry, personal care, transportation and/or lifeline units (emergency response system) to help residents live independently.
