Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The BHA has an opening for a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant. This is a responsible position, which shall report directly to the Director of Administration.  The position entails clerical work of an administrative nature involving various tasks with minimal supervision. The scope of activity includes but is not limited to answering the phone, greeting office visitors and directing them to the proper contact, coordinating delivery and distribution of mail, collection of rent, ordering office supplies and assisting the occupancy department with applications, waiting lists and filing. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of administrative office skills, knowledge of computers and various software programs, communicate effectively both verbally and written, be able to handle multiple tasks, work in a team environment and enjoy working with and around other people.  We offer a competitive hourly rate and an excellent fringe benefit package.
